Booking Information & Terms

I want your photography experience to be calm, clear and enjoyable. Please take a moment to read the terms below before booking.

Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

The remaining 50% is paid within 24 hours after the photoshoot.
Editing begins only after the full payment is received.

The deposit secures your time slot and is not refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Rescheduling

Life happens — I completely understand.

You may reschedule your session once free of charge if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

Additional rescheduling requests will require a 25% rescheduling fee.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your session.

The photoshoot time starts at the booked time, not the arrival time.

If you arrive late, the session may be shortened in order to respect the next client’s booking.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Photo Delivery & Format

Your edited photos will be delivered within 14 days after the day of photoshoot.

If you would like your photos sooner, you can choose Speedy Editing (48 hours) for an additional 100 AED or 24h Delivery for 250 AED. 

All delivered images are professionally edited high-resolution JPEG files.

RAW files (and unedited files) are NOT provided.

Photos are delivered via private online album for download and share (3 month validity).

Editing Style

My photography has a specific natural and cinematic editing style.

Please carefully review my website photos and Instagram before booking to make sure my style matches your expectations.

Editing style is NOT changed after the photoshoot.

The photographer carefully selects the best images from the session.

Only the best images are edited and delivered.

Additional edited photos may be purchased if available for 120 AED /10 images.

Location Costs & Access 

If the session requires a paid location (hotel, venue, entrance fee), the cost is covered by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Any venue required by client as a preferred location (hotel, restaurant, yacht, private property, public place etc.), should be accessible for photographer. It is responsibility of the client to arrange an access and get an approval. Any fees related to the photographer access is covered by the client. 

Travel in Ras Al Khaimah outside of Marjan, All Riffa, Al Hamra, Mina Al Arab  may include a transportation fee of 50 AED. Travel fees outside of Ras Al Khaimah are depends on the Emirate and will be agreed during the booking process. 

Portfolio & Marketing Use

Photography is also my art and professional portfolio.

Unless a Confidential Session is booked, I may use selected images from the photoshoot for:

• my website and site of my partners
• Instagram and social media
• portfolio and marketing materials (including my partners marketing materials)
• photography competitions or publications etc. 

If you prefer your photos not to be shared publicly, a Confidentiality Option is available for an additional 250 AED.

Safety & Responsibility

The safety of your family is always the priority.

Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children during the session.

While every effort is made to create a safe environment, the photographer cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during the photoshoot.
